Unbelievable scam going on here! This Clinic is the only clinic in Dawson Creek that is a walk in clinic! They open at 9 am and close at 12 -1pm for lunch break then at 3pm for the day! So I was told last week that i need to show up at 8 am and then they will only book in up to 3 people for the day! That is absolutely insane as a walk in cllinics are to see patients whoever walks in the door of all hours of operation. Excellent receiptionist, helped me with exactly what was needed when it game ot a general inquiry.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful to book a walk in appointment today, But I’d love to give a huge thank you to the nurse practitioner I saw today. She was so very kind and helpful. Extremely Thorough and went above and beyond to help me. She took her time to listen to me, and was genuinely caring. Overall a very great experience at the Mile Zero clinic today! Thank you Kristin!
I had one of the worst experiences ever with the receptionist. Her attitude was completely unprofessional — she was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic communication skills. The way she spoke was disrespectful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It genuinely felt like she was being discriminatory in her tone and behavior. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable, especially from someone representing the front desk.
