The receptionist was very kind and helpful to book a walk in appointment today, But I’d love to give a huge thank you to the nurse practitioner I saw today. She was so very kind and helpful. Extremely Thorough and went above and beyond to help me. She took her time to listen to me, and was genuinely caring. Overall a very great experience at the Mile Zero clinic today! Thank you Kristin!
I had one of the worst experiences ever with the receptionist. Her attitude was completely unprofessional — she was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic communication skills. The way she spoke was disrespectful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It genuinely felt like she was being discriminatory in her tone and behavior.
