No call, no show. Had to take a half day off to meet with the cleaner on a *confirmed* Monday appointment. Benjamin, the manager (maybe owner?) was rude on the phone when I called 30 mins past my appointment time. He blamed an "incompetent secretary", and said 'he could tell me that someone was on their way... but it'd be a lie, so what do I wanna do about it'. Unbelievable.
