Went for emissions testing ( I did that type of work for 5 years in CT ) my car passed the test and the person that did it goes by me points towards the office and hands the paper work to the lady inside, so I had to walk back there to collect my key, papers and to hear her say that the car passed. I used to do the same test but just go straight to the vehicle’s owner and give him/her everything. Not very smart protocol they have.
