My truck stopped pulling not far from this shop 8pm on a Friday, and they answered my phone and towed my truck that night. They had a recent ownership change and the new owner met me at the shop and drove me home. I had to rebuild one of my other trucks' Torque Shift transmissions so I know what the price should be and was pleasantly surprised they were a little cheaper and a little faster than my previous experience. 2000 miles later and all is still working.
