I placed an order for a cake with 10 days’ notice, but had to cancel the very next day after finding out the bakery is closed on Sundays — the exact day I needed the cake. This information was never mentioned during the ordering process. When I requested a full refund, I was told they could not refund the taxes “by law,” even though no service was ever provided. Disappointed in quality and service. I ordered a dozen cupcakes for my wife's birthday through seamless app on their website. Sent daughter to pick them up over a week later on Saturday May 16 and they didn't have the order. The cake was beautiful, elegant, and exactly how I pictured it for my niece’s baby shower. Thanks for making my niece’s baby shower unforgettable by making such a gorgeous cake.
This was my second order from Milette's and I was really impressed. The attention to detail was commendable, she made my cake exactly the way I had envisioned. All I showed her was one picture. I had some feedback from the first order (the cake was a little dry) and she made sure this one was moist. I went with chocolate cake + Nutella buttercream + pink buttercream on the outside. The cake and cupcakes we ordered was delicious, moist, and decorated to specifications. The email communication was clear and quick. It makes it easier to share my ideas and examples. They were positively responsive to any changes made to the original order. One minor note is that the ube filling in the cake was extremely purple and did not have as much ube flavor. However, the overall cake was good.
