My partner and I quite possibly had the worst service we've ever had at a restaurant. We were seated at 5pm. It wasn't very busy. We each ordered a drink, split an appetizer, and each ordered burgers... nothing fancy, but burgers. The appetizer came at 5:30 (5 gyozas). Granted, the restaurant started to get busier at 630, but we ordered at 5pm while it wasnt busy and it wasnt until 7PM we got our food. We werent apologized to. We werent checked in on for drinks. Good service makes all the difference. Gotta hand it to the server — she had her game on. These chain-style restaurants offer the usual fair, decent food and familiar setup, but what really sets them apart is the team behind it. The service here made the dinner genuinely enjoyable.
Alicia was a very nice server, kind and attentive. 10/10 would recommend!!
