We went to milestones on the boardwalk recently and we had a $25 gift card that was about 5 or 6 years old. The young lady at the front desk told us that they couldn't honour the card because they had changed ownership. I won't be going back to milestones, I feel that it would have been a measure of Goodwill to honor the card and believe me they just lost a lot more than $25.
Was on the patio with my friends last night 15 minutes before close, they let us order and then a hostess opened the door of the patio and said we need to leave they’re closing, and we took advantage of the server. This is the second time I’ve been here that the staff has been extremely rude. The first time my mom asked for another table because the leather seat had holes in it and my mother has an accent, and the servers at the front said “sorry we don’t understand you” and started laughing. We recently visited Milestones to celebrate a friend's pregnancy announcement and decided to enjoy Happy Hour on the patio. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host, who informed us that the kitchen would be closing shortly and that we had approximately eight minutes to place our order. Since two members of our group had not yet arrived, we were hesitant to stay, but the host reassured us that it would be fine as long as we placed our order quickly and got our food order in.
