We celebrated our 26th anniversary at milestones this year and enjoyed everything avout the place.Service ,food,atmosphere, wine and they even got a complimentary cake for us.
The hostess gave us a warm welcome, and our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. However, the overall experience was affected by the manager, Kareem, who spoke to his staff in a way that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It was uncomfortable to see and took away from what could have been a really nice evening.
We had the misfortune of ordering steaks. Expensive mistakes. All 3 types were tough and chewy. The sirloin, filet mignon and rib steak were not up to par with what they’re charging. It’s neither AAA nor dry aged. Service was stellar though and nice atmosphere.
The food and atmosphere were nice. Service was slow and we went at a not crowded time 4pm
