Extremely slow service
We came here as a group of seven last night (with reservation). Very slow service, it didn't seem that busy and yet an hour in we'd only recieved our drinks. Our server seldom came by the table, and because of this my FIL's dinner got cold while he waited for her to bring condiments after being reminded. She eventually brought the wrong condiments, and then didn't come back for another 30 minutes. Several guests were visiting from our of town, for some this was their first time in Ottawa.
