I placed an order through Uber eats which offered a 30 % discount. After I placed the order, Milestone canceled my order without the common courtesy of contacting me with an explanation or an apology. I have lost the discount on my uber account
The server (Hannah) was very good. I feel that she was managing a lot around her. I watched a table adjacent to us send their food back because it wasn’t hot. A table in beside us sent their fries back for the same reason. Our food was not good. The smash burger was NOT a smash burger. The fries were cold for all orders. I ordered the California Spring salad and I got very little lettuce. Good amount of goat cheese (weird) and hardly any pecans and strawberries. Overall SO disappointing. We will NOT return to Milestones.
The service and the food was amazing. The waitress made an incredible connection with my grandson over diabetes. He is still talking about how funny and great she was.
