I usually enjoy meals here, but today’s experience (around 3 PM) was very disappointing. The chicken had a strong unpleasant smell, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old or reused oil. Add to it, the rude staff. Never coming back again.
Edit: we back few times and quality hasn’t improved, today we had two premium strakes and both were chewy, both cold and heated, and ramen that was burly boiled and I had to return it. Bruschetta was bad too, Mango salad burly had any mango lol It’s used be good, not any more, the through piles of salt on everything. The last three times we went there it wasn’t good good at all
We were in Ottawa for a course and our hotel was close by. We had a great experience! Rebecca was a top notch server. She was attentive, has a great personality and had great recommendations. Thank you Rebecca for making our night!
Moxies Kanata is excellent, the food, service and atmosphere is great. It can be considered too pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended,
