After ten minutes of waiting at the front and making eye contact with 3 staff members nobody came so my friend and I left. (Few months ago)
Upon arrival inside, took a considerable amount of time before any staff greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Additionally, it just seemed like everything was slow from getting a drink, to being asked if I needed anything. Drinks were good, but based on the service I wouldn’t return back nor suggest this establishment to any friends/family.
Placed an order threw skip the dishes tonight there was a mix up with orders, the GM Beam personally called me and delivered the order to us himself! Exceptional customer service, thank you!!!
Wish we had this restaurant in the states, waitresses are more engaging and the food is awesome
