Initially, had plantation shutters installed in our living and dining rooms. ..4 years later, they still look and operate like new! (They are in the sun most of the day) They have really changed the looks of those rooms, also. ..more "cottagey ", which is what I wanted. Now, we have decided to also upgrade all of our upstairs windows. Company representative was very nice, professional and answered all my questions (reason we ultimately went with this company, first time). Can't wait for our new look!
