If I could leave a negative star, it would still be too much for what this place deserves.
I have worked for milestone since July. The management is very open on hearing different opinions and suggestions, the residents are wonderful and such a joy! I take high pride in knowing the residents I care for get what they need and are happy with the result of it! The helpful staff and management is amazing when ever needed!!
We moved my Dad to Milestone to help assist in his care, as it got difficult to manage for our small family unit. The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful during his time there, frequently checking in on him and communicating any concerns to me. He was a hospice patient and unfortunately has passed, but the day prior to his passing when we were spending a lot of time with him in his room, the staff put together a cart of snacks, water, and coffee for us as we sat with him. It was a small gesture, but it meant so much ... read more
