I lived at the Sycamore for 2 years. Mold was growing in the apartment and on my furniture due to an unresolved maintenance issue with the HVAC. Management and Maintenance were unresponsive for months. Horrible communication. Wound up throwing away much of my furniture and after I moved our received no communication about my security deposit despite my reaching out.
I have lived at sycamore apartments for two years. While management has been great, I would not recommend moving here if you want any privacy at all. The walls are paper thin with no insulation. I can hear TVs, room level conversation, microwave or oven timers go off, snoring at night, etc. Maintenance has always been quick, which is a bonus!
Have lived here for two years, and nothing but great things to say. Also responsive when I reach out, and maintenance is the speediest I’ve experienced! Highly recommend. Downside is something is always broken (elevator buttons, front door handle, etc), and sometimes feel like I live in a frat house. Packages get stolen often.
