Have lived here for two years, and nothing but great things to say. Also responsive when I reach out, and maintenance is the speediest I’ve experienced! Highly recommend. Downside is something is always broken (elevator buttons, front door handle, etc), and sometimes feel like I live in a frat house. Packages get stolen often.

I recently moved here and have been liking it so far. It's quiet and the other tenants are nice people that keep the common areas clean. My only complaints so far are that the community recycling has not been picked up in well over a month and that water tends to drip in to the garage and stairwells when it rains. I also like that packages and mail are locked up and the location is great. You get the perks of being near blackstone without the noise of living near the bars. I cannot recommend living at Milestone's Dewey 3700 property. The property manager and maintenance staff are both very friendly as well as accommodating, but that does not change the poor construction of the building as a whole. Dewey 3700 has lots of noise problems, cheap appliances, electrical issues, water leaks (walls in garage and hallways leak when it rains), faulty garage door, and poor ground maintenance.
