I was a novice and new to pool operations last year in 2020. I was recommended to use this company as I was a new home owner with a pool. Yes, it was the beginning/middle of COViD. All I wanted was a call back or even a text. But after the first service, all phone calls and texts were left with no response. I believe Doug, the owner, intentionally ignored my business. Why?. Who knows.
Doug installed a new 20 X 40 liner for us. Great communication, stuck to their promise date, and performed the install with an eye to detail. Great experience!
The owner Doug is great! It was my first summer having a pool and they closed it down for me. Quick, easy, painless and great price
