I cannot say enough great things about Milestone Plumbing. We live in an old home (over 90+ years old) and they have been there for every small and big plumbing item that we've "learned" about through homeownership. Their staff is professional, kind, caring, and skilled. The entire experience - from calling their main office through the service work - is always above and beyond. Highly recommend this team.
I had trouble finding honest, responsible, reasonable with good customer service plumbing company until I found Milestone Plumbing, by referral. Their customer serves not only good but exceptional. Their pricing is reasonable and they make suggestions if I miss something, which I really appreciate. Always answer your questions and give timeline. Great company!
Milestone Plumbing is exceptional - highly recommend! I had a leaking pipe in my basement that got worse over a short period of time, and I called Milestone last minute for help. They were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and the two technicians who came were quick and efficient with the repair. Fair price too. I will definitely contact Milestone for any future plumbing needs.
Milestone Plumbing donated a 40 gallon water heater to me and installed it after mine was destroyed in the August 9-10th storm. I lost everything in my basement. I am so thankful and grateful for this wonderful gift and I just wanted to express my gratitude. This selfless act has gained a customer. I will definitely patronize them in the very near future because I have some other work that needs to be done to prevent any future flooding in my basement.
I can’t say enough good things about Milestone Plumbing! A competitor (Austin) diagnosed a major issue and quoted me $25,000, saying they’d need to tear up my finished basement and bathroom to fix it. Tyler from Milestone came out, and within a short time, he was able to clear about 98% of the clog — something Austin claimed couldn’t be done.
