James, the technician you sent, was super!!! Got right to work after introducing himself, found the issue quickly and not only fixed it but replaced the parts in the tank for me. I’ve never done a review but the service I received warrants one now. A friend recommended them to me and he was right about their great customer service. They were understanding of my tough work schedule and worked out a time that my son would be here to let them in. Kevin called as promised when he was on the way. We recently completed a major plumbing project at our house. Milestone was thoughtful and courteous throughout the entire process, including my indecisiveness. When the work began, Jason walked us through every step of the project and was able to answer all of our questions. The communication and patience was greatly appreciated. Had my shower clogged up stairs mild water damage to the the downstairs ceiling I called to get the shower unclogged and a quote for a rework of the plumbing so it would not happen again Charlie and Evan get her snaked the shower clean replaced my drain fixed up some brass pipes and found a lose connection told me I could re work the plumbing but in his opinion after the work they did the copper was looking good, appreciate the professional cleanliness attitude and good work I recommend Milestone plumbing
