Jake installed a new bathroom sink and all new plumbing for it! i was having issues with drain blockage for a long time and it’s finally up to code and done perfectly. he did an awesome job and even gave me quotes on some other stuff i’m looking to get done in the future. price was fair in my opinion and matched the quote almost identically so i wasn’t blindsided. i will definitely be using this company to do future plumbing work in my home! thank you!
Milestone made our water heater replacement easy from beginning to end. Clear, transparent quoting process and they were able to schedule us quickly despite it not being an emergency. Very reasonably priced. The techs were timely and explained the components of the water heater to me since I'm a newer homeowner. They also coordinated the final inspection with the City of Milwaukee for permitting. The whole experience was seamless and took the mental load off of me to manage. 10/10 will use them again. I'd highly recommend and would like to thank Jessie, Jake, and the entire Milestone staff for taking care of our plumbing needs. From top to bottom, they were personal, attentive, tidy, and more so carried themselves with integrity for the job. We had multiple zany quotes to start with about an issue - they were methodical, reasonable, and professional. Also, great touch sending a text with a bio on our technician. Great job and will definitely do work with them in the future.
Had another plumber come out to fix an issue in our new house (all the cold taps would initially run hot for 30 seconds) and they could not find the cause, then suggested I call an appliance guy because the washer must be the problem. Jason from Milestone came out and methodically tested every faucet and fixture until the cause was identified (worn out mixing valve on a basement pipe). He then fixed it completely. A+
I was convinced that I hated all plumbers after several terrible experiences with plumbers that treated me and my home badly, but Jason & Jake at milestone completely changed my mind.
