I share the same experience as two other people listed on their reviews. My Invisalign trays were delayed but I did eventually get them I started my treatment 2023...I provided them the proper insurance...I still have the same insurance til this day no change in plan etc...i paid my out of pocket payments on time...all that is left was what is to be covered by the insurance.
