Won't return phone message horrible business practice
It's apparent their phones do not work and they are never in the office or available. Why bother with a non-service service?
I have a 40 year old Lopi stove that is completely off the books as far a replacement parts are concerned. I called Lopi, was referred to the district retailer, who referred me to Milestone, with a half-hearted, “Good luck.” From the moment Milestone’s CSR answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands.
