I have must of called and Email several different Shops looking for a stove and collecting prices. This place was by far the cheapest for a stove and install. From the time you walk in the store is nice and clean and some floor models to look at. They have a whole rack of different stoves to look through. I settled for The Evergreen by Lopi took a bit to get seeings had to be ordered but lets face it I don't may shops that keep stock on hand. Installation was great but When you pay for a stove that was supposed to be the pamphlet they gave you and turns out it's not after install. I thought we bought the hybrid model and when I went to clean this weekend and found out that is the non catalyst model it made me angry when I thought I paid for a new model off the showroom floor.This one turns out it was made in 21 not 23 and newer. That was the pamphlet that sold us just to find out that this one is not what we where charged for..Talk about bait and switch..Don't bu... read more
Sarah and her staff were very knowledgeable and offered the best piping for my stove. Will be using them in the future for another stove installation and their selection is the best. Very easy to communicate with and understood all my needs for installation. Highly recommend them.
Lack of communication and no solutions provided to our problems. Didn’t even go up on the roof to check.
