He took the time to conduct thorough testing, and explained every result clearly. Joey's advice was genuinely helpful and tailored to my needs. Great service! A very welcoming environment, from Adam at the front desk, through to Joey. Joey explained everything clearly, and was able to get my immediate blocked ears sorted. He had a couple of minor concerns so organised for me to come back to make sure things have settled down post wax removal as expected. I will definitely be using them in future for any ear and hearing related needs. 15/10!
Adam and Joey were great from the beginning talking about options available and free follow up appointments. I had a severe case of wax build up and was able to be seen very quickly. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The cameras and whole experience will blow your mind.
Joey (and Adam!) were amazing!! Joey spent time and care showing me the difference between my 2 ears and why I was having more blockage in one compared to the other. After years of ear syringing causing me excema and infections, Joey was so gentle and thorough when suctioning. A recent visit to the Dr at the ear hospital in East Melbourne told me suctioning was the only way to go and Joey was the next step. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you again!
