I’m extremely disappointed in milestone granite I’ve worked through them before and had a great experience then when I purchased one for my house it had me completely disappointed. I had placed the order July 21st and was told there about 2-3 weeks out they said the installation date was August 17th and I got it October 8th. Very disappointed with milestone. My son ordered granite on July 21 2026 and what given date of August 17 to install which came and was gone . he had to call multiple times to try to get a date there was always an excuse. The other thing that’s very upsetting to me is they had my 19-year-old son measuring countertops that they forgot to measure. At this time, I cannot recommend milestone because of my experience
Very disappointed with our experience with Milestone Granite. I absolutely love the countertops themselves, but unfortunately the installation and customer service afterward have been extremely frustrating. There were multiple issues during installation that were not communicated to me while the installers were working. The biggest issue was the faucet placement. I specifically chose my sink because I wanted the faucet positioned off-center, where the two bowls meet. The installer never confirmed the placement with me before... read more
Jeff and Landon (Milestone) installed new quartz countertops in our home and did a fantastic job. The level of care and attention to detail during installation was exceptional. I highly recommend Milestone for if you are in the market for countertops or cabinets.
