I have to say that I am very disappointed with my first visit to Milestones. I was referred to Milestones by another very reputable business and asked to speak directly with a man by the name of Chuck regading my needs. When I entered Milestones, I greeted the woman behind the desk and asked for Chuck. She asked "why?" I can help you. I again asked for Chuck. She said "He's busy". I asked when will he be available? She asked "why, I can help you". At that point I indicated that I would pass and left. This is very very poor c... read more

I took a couple of classes there and found it to be very rewarding. Chuck impressed me with his knowledge and patience with his students. I highly recommend taking a class or repairs you might need.

I had a small stained glass lamp repaired by Milestone Glass Creations, and they did an excellent job. The broken glass had a unique streaking and they found a nearly identical match. Gotta love a shop that lets the cats greet the customers!
