Virtual services were always available because the therapist does sessions anywhere , while in the drive thru getting food, at the car wash, basically out in the open. Privacy isn't valued at all. So many H.I.P.P.A violation issues. The therapist has no itinerary or plans or goals set to work with you on. If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner Alexandria very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and presents as having mental issues. She hung up an my daughter, when my daughter attempted to ask her a question. I called to clarify and to request paperwork and she hung up on me as well. Mental Health Support Workers don't like to work as they don't like to service their clients. The receive a failing grade. I would not go to the facility at all. The mental health place is not good at all. They have a poor customer service at the front desk. The calling center is trash. They are very very rude. If they hear something they don’t like they get sassy and they get very angry, and start acting up a storm And the owner of the company is the most disrespectful one.
