This place is a dysfunctional wreck. I promise you if you chose to do treatment here it will be a waste of time. The staff is not on your side I promise you they will not advocate for you. The houses are disgusting and old. The turnover rate is ridiculous and they try to keep you there so that they can bill your insurance. At the end of the day your recovery does not come first.
I just completed the PHP program at Milestone and am now continuing with them for my IOP. I am so glad I chose Milestone for my recovery! From day one I have received compassionate professional care that has been carefully tailored to my needs. Milestone has been from the beginning and continues to be just an absolute inspiration and constant source of empowerment. After 47 years on earth and being in active addiction for 35 of them, I finally understand the meaning of the word "purpose" and truly believe in myself and that I will be victorious in this struggle. This place does have some stuff to be worked on but overall this is a pretty decent place to come to get sober a lot of people here does care like Ali, Alyssa and Tim wood you can count on them I still trying to let people in but from day one they showed me but nothing but kindness especially since I’m in a wheelchair I thought they would treat me differently because of it but they don’t
