Roman reminds me of my grandpa, a man of few words but full of care, always ready to lend a hand and ensure everything is done properly. He arrived quickly and honestly informed me that replacing my kitchen light with the same model wasn't necessary, as it turned out to be the entire fixture that needed changing.
