I realized after our meeting that my concern about vertigo was not addressed. I also want to express my concern regarding how my discussion about depression was handled. When I mentioned that I felt I was plateauing on my medications, the response of "Maybe you need to call someone" felt dismissive of a serious mental health condition. Mental health is a critical issue, and I believe it deserves a more thoughtful and supportive approach. I received the best medical care from Dr Viseur.I am impressed with his thorough care and kindness in helping me both understand and diagnose my thyroid condition. It has been a long time coming, but Dr. Viseur listened and did what several other doctors had failed to do. I will recommend him to friends and family in the Parker/ Elizabeth area. He made a big difference to me and was kind and gentle in the process.
Dr. Viseur is terrible. He denied my simple request for blood work stating it wasn't medically necessary. When you send an email, he disables the reply button. I was injured and it took an act of God to get him to ok FMLA (after I put in an official complaint). He speaks over you when in a visit. This is the worst Provider Kaiser Permanente could have hired in Primary Care and I'm an employee of said company. This Doctor doesn't care about his patients at all.
