Great attorney. Note that all negative reviews are successful collection accounts that are upset they had to pay their debt...The fact they're posting negative reviews proves Mr Miles office is very successful. Very friendly, great communication, and effective at getting non-payers to pay!! Will continue doing business with them and will refer others
Is No stars a rating!!! They are the absolute worse with communication, customer service, answering the phones and emails! They also do not do what they say…they are suppose to be a collection agency type for these companies but the are far from that all they want to do Is garnish your wages they will not work with you on a payment plan.
Still haven't received my overpayment check. Been calling for almost a year now to get it resolved
I was garnished from this office through the courts for 2091.50 i paid them off now here it’s 2024 of February and there saying i still owe them $255 i want to pay this and get this over with and hopefully i don’t get another letter about accrual interest. Hopefully this is my last dealing with them or I’ll get a lawyer and just file bankruptcy and then have nothing to do with them at all.
I have been dealing with Connor. He is very good to work with and will respond to my emails in a timely fashion.
