They don’t answer the phone or return calls the garnishment has been paid for 3 weeks ago and they’re still taking money out of my checks I’ve tried for 2 weeks calling them and they don’t answer I’ve left numerous voicemails and nothing😡🤬

Note that all negative reviews are successful collection accounts that are upset they had to pay their debt...The fact they're posting negative reviews proves Mr Miles office is very successful. Very friendly, great communication, and effective at getting non-payers to pay!! Will continue doing business with them and will refer others
Is No stars a rating!!! They are the absolute worse with communication, customer service, answering the phones and emails! They also do not do what they say…they are suppose to be a collection agency type for these companies but the are far from that all they want to do Is garnish your wages they will not work with you on a payment plan.
