I’m giving it a one star because of the other people that work there but Shay R Is one of the best people I’ve talked to since I’ve been dealing with that Kasey Adams. She shouldn’t even be working there let alone in the business of trying to help people the rudest person and nastiest person I ever spoke to in my life, but Bigg ups to Shay R for being the kind person she is if it wasn’t for her I would’ve took a trip just to get in somebody’s face down there.I give Shay 5 stars give her a raise and free lunch everyday.
First and foremost, BETH in that front office who they have answering phones is one of the rudest condescending people I’ve spoken to and I know she does not get paid enough to speak to people the way she does as if she’s above everyone! You’re a receptionist you’re there to answer questions and direct calls stop being so ignorant and rude to everyone for doing what they pay you to do!!!!!!
