My husband went in for a procedure last week . Before the procedure even started he was presented with am Up sell for genetic testing of specimens to make sure they didn’t get mixed up with someone else’s !! What ?? Now we can’t trust your laboratory of choice . Then another Up sell for more genetic test of specimens if cancerous to get a more in-depth study ... shouldn’t that be done anyway ?? I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Dr. Miles. I was having some medical issues that sent me to the E/R and when I was referred to Dr. Miles, she quickly got me in to see her and explained to me the situation and within a few days, she had me scheduled for surgery. Thanks to her, I am much better and I really appreciate her expediting my needs. Thank You !
I had a condition that Dr. Miles was truly concerned about. She is compassionate and caring, and goes all the way to make sure you are comfortable
My first impression of the front office I would give it A+++++. I observed front office staff stop what they were doing to assist a patient who needed help to sit down. The I met Dr Miles a true compassionate Doctor. I had a kidney stone plus recooperating from a hip replacement. I saw the doctor on Thursday and procedure done on Monday. I believe if you want to know who the best ask a nurse. She's adored by all. I would happily and feel extremely comfortable recommending Dr Miles . The best.
The entire staff from front desk to back are super helpful and kind.I am on oxygen and on one of my visit I was having a rough day and I was helped in and out of my van. Dr. Miles explains her steps to finding out what my problem could be,she answers all my concerns in a manner that I would understand.I am very happy to have found Dr.Miles when I did and she waste no time finding my health issue.
