I started calling in April to have my Whaler unwinterized. They still hadn't even called me back by July. I called four times and just got crickets. And I was a returning customer.
Nice crew, excellent diagnostics and motor servicing. Matt (owner) is responsive, and as professional as they come, a rare find on the Eastern Shore.
Miles River Marine is very responsive, skilled, professional and reasonably priced.. Big shout out to McKenzie Northrop who quickly serviced our boat while we were visiting St. Michael's & our port engine failed to start when we needed to return home on June 13th. We are very experienced boaters, and McKenzie quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to give us a quick fix to return home, where we can now fully fix the issue. We are very grateful and highly recommend MRM! Thank you very much!
