Very unprofessional and does not communicate in time. May be not all property managers, but the one I have delt with for my application. It’s been over 14 days and I haven’t heard back from them even after following up a few times on calls and emails.
Lucy Scott was my property manager for my rental and I could not be happier. She was always attentive, understanding and a pleasure to work with. Happy that my homes and businesses are with Miles Ivanhoe :)
We had a great experience with Brad Pearce from Miles when we sold our townhouse in Ivanhoe. He was always highly professional, and, most importantly, trustworthy. He did a great job marketing the property and was able to negotiate a great price for us, which we are extremely happy about.
Refreshing to have an agent that truly cares about both parties involved. Always five star service with Miles.
I had the pleasure of having Lucy as a realestate agent and I couldn’t recommend her more. Great communication and made sure all our needs were met in a timely manner during our lease agreement
