True concern for the patient, excellent procedural analysis, willingness to follow up, and readiness to refer when necessary.
We went to see Dr. Viseur in Parker. The young woman at the front desk was extremely attentive. The medical team was excellent—the doctor showed great judgment and spoke our language. Mr. James assisted us with our appointments. The service at the lab and pharmacy was prompt. We felt well taken care of.

I realized after our meeting that my concern about vertigo was not addressed. I also want to express my concern regarding how my discussion about depression was handled. When I mentioned that I felt I was plateauing on my medications, the response of "Maybe you need to call someone" felt dismissive of a serious mental health condition. Mental health is a critical issue, and I believe it deserves a more thoughtful and supportive approach. I received the best medical care from Dr Viseur.I am impressed with his thorough care and kindness in helping me both understand and diagnose my thyroid condition. It has been a long time coming, but Dr. Viseur listened and did what several other doctors had failed to do. I will recommend him to friends and family in the Parker/ Elizabeth area. He made a big difference to me and was kind and gentle in the process.
