I’ve been going to this place for over a year and have always had an easy going time with the receptionist. Dr always makes sure all his patients needs are taken care of and leaving with a smile! :)

Dr Waddoups was able to see both my boys at the same time which saved an extra trip. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. We went in for a consult and were able to get braces on same day. We love Dr Waddoups and staff!
Always wonderful customer service
I brought my child in for a free consultation, which went fine. They were all helpful and I really liked it. I had all the intention of staying and starting treatment for my son. The Dr was very nice and patient. As a mother obviously I wanted to get a second opinion and I did not want my son to get more X-rays because he had some as well prior to his visit at Waddoups. But when I asked for a copy of the X-rays, they quoted me $420, which felt extremely high — especially since I’ve learned that under California law, patients... read more
