I just brought my 18 month old daughter here. The staff was amazing! My daughter had fun at the dentist
Been coming here for a couple years. Good dentist and experience with the kids in the chair. Unfriendly receptionist that never smiles and always gives you the sense you are inconveniencing her in some way - she's in the wrong job being customer facing.
I have never met anyone more rude and disrespectful than the secretary of this dentistry office. I was meant to have our first appointment with our 3 young children and was in the car on my way there when the secretary essentially called and told me if I don't prepay or handover my credit card no questions asked. All I wanted was discuss/understand their billing practice before handing over my credit card details. She didn't have the respect to let me ask my questions on the phone and said she wouldn't call any client ahead ... read more
It’s always a pleasure taking my daughters here; the staff here is very welcoming and friendly. My daughters look forward to watching their fave show while getting their teeth clean.
