Referred to these guys by the hospital, unfortunately they refused to bulk bill even though I'm a veteran and had a recent admittance to hospital for mental health. Practice manager was extremely rude to my partner who was organising the appointment. Most definitely will not be dealing with this medical centre at all in the future.

Moved to qld 12 months ago with an autistic son and they have stuffed up the referrals numerous times and still unable to get a paediatrician for my son. Have now been cut off the carer's pension because he needs a 13 year review but unable to get one. Not sure how this is allowed to happen. My son can't get his medication and now I can't pay rent.
Can’t even get test results back been 3 weeks and still making me wait another week to tell me over the phone do not go here slack as hell
