Miles Mediation is definitely recommended for all resolution needs. During this time of distancing I appreciated the free Zoom training that I received from Winter Wheeler-Young. Her training was very informative and allowed me to be comfortable with the virtual mediation process.
Had my first mediation with Winter Wheeler this week. Like all the mediators at Miles, she is a people person and great to be around but what sets Winter apart from the rest is that she really set my mind at ease for a virtual mediation. I have mediated several cases with Miles and they are awesome. Most recently I had a mediation with Mediator Winter Wheeler virtually. I must say with the rapid changes with the recent pandemic I was concerned as to how this mediation would take place however, Winter did an amazing job. The day before the mediation Winter provided all parties with a training on zoom and made what could be a frustrating process very easy. I worked with one of the mediators, Danny Cohen, for almost 30 years as his legal assistant . I saw firsthand his dedication and knowledge to represent his clients. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to negotiate and mediate to get the best results possible. Apparently, Miles Mediation and Arbitration only hires the best of the best!
