Best mechanics in Pakenham and really lovely
Went in as it’s the insurance mechanic. Not knowledgeable. Aircon compressor replaced and gas leaked in less than 24 hours. Told that condenser is broken with a pebble hit. Not convincing. Ask for 2nd opinion. Nothing wrong with condenser. Not transparent. Cannot see car as workshop is shielded away from customer. Just a rip off. Definitely won’t go back.

Absolutely amazing. Dealing with Mark and Jodie was very easy and they were very accommodating and went out of their way to get a pre inspection and rwc on a custom vehicle i was selling. Fast, friendly and made it happen to help meet time frames I needed. Will be recommending and returning!
Brilliant genuine people, had my car dropped off and it was fixed within a day parts sourced and ready to go next morning. Natalie in reception was lovely both on the phone and in person! Mark was so helpful with everything and car is running great again !! Thanks everyone
