Dr. Miles helped my mom more than any other doctor. My mom had COPD and Dr. Miles took the time to listen. she gives her patients straight up facts and tells you what you need to hear no sugar coating. She is wonderful! Highly recommended and one of few doctors I trust completely. Grateful to her for her guidance, professionalism and understanding when it came to my mother s care.
I think that Dr. Miles and/or Dr. Heibert are very caring and symathetic. They have both been very good to me in my medical endeavors. They are also caring for another family member and I know they have tried to be as supportive as is possible for a terminal patient and his family. Questions are answered in laymans terms and you do not have to leave the office if you do not understand the problems or treatment.
