Terrible communication by victoria. I dont know how she is running this business along her husband. She is extremely rude towards the customer. Please stay away from this business. You can find the service way cheaper and in respectable way from someone else. They are just waste of time and extra stress.
We have used Miles for 11 years and I recommend him highly. He has installed new systems, serviced old ones and fixed problems. He has incredible expertise, is a great problem-solver, honest and affordable and a nice guy.
Miles and the team are amazing. If you are looking for repairs and or installations of heating and cooling systems I could not recommend them any more highly.
We had an outstanding experience with Miles Ice recently. We've had a faulty Air Con unit for many months so we decided to reach out to Miles Ice to get their assistance. All the correspondence with Victoria via email was extremely swift, polite and efficient. We booked in Miles to assess & fix the Air Con unit, and he was a total pleasure to deal with.
