Charged me thousands of dollars for a new unit in 2017, and I’m finding out now that it’s not a new unit, the compressor ain’t even bolted down. I never paid it much attention but I noticed yesterday that the compressor is not even bolted down, they brazed the line together and did sloppy job on that. I’ve already had to replace the condenser fan and the fan in the squirrel cage. I recommend Miles to everyone who needs help with HVAC.
Spoke with this guy on the 3rd and he set a time to come out but never showed, we called and set multiple other appointments that he never showed to as well then he stopped answering our phone calls for at least the past 3 days. So we called from a different phone number and he answered immediately!! This guy doesn't want to do work, he just wants deposits so he can rip people off!! Be very careful with this guy.
