Update! 6 months after installation I noticed the latch to my gate was not properly installed. The screws are loose and falling out. I have called and called since March 2025 (now September 2025) to get the issue repaired. However every time I call (well over 10 at this point) I get a new excuse as to why it hasn’t been done but that they will send someone right over. The gate is still not fixed.
