Billed after the fact for a "FREE" pre-LASIK exam / consultation. Contacted them 10x about the billing error by secure message portal and phone, most of these had ZERO response. Finally someone from their office called in Dec saying they would look into it and get back to me. 2 weeks and no response except another call from KU collections.
