I had very good experience with sales team and very good experience with the EV VW ID5 model. However getting charged $650 for EV service to check viper blades, headlight and breaks is unjustifiable and I will not be back to these guys.
Excellent I saved $600 as the shop was honest which is highly appreciated
After a serious of unfortunate events, we were unable to collect a car that had been serviced at Miles Continental prior to the Easter weekend. I managed to find an extremely friendly, very helpful VW salesman who went above and beyond to locate the service record, bill and keys. We were able to collect the car with the help of friends on Saturday. THANK YOU BEN, you are a star!
I was a bit reluctant to take my highly modified big turbo GTI to VW since it’s no longer stock, but the team at Volkswagen were more than happy to take it on. The car got a lot of love and support, and they genuinely seemed to appreciate it. Really grateful for all the kind words — it’s been a pretty stressful build! Thanks Miles VW Chch 🙂
Rather shocked how loud and pretentious your sales staff are on the showroom floor especially with profanity well within earshot. I also find it quite off-putting your staff eat food at their desks. It was a very different experience coming from the other Miles dealership down the road.
