Miles City Hotel

Miles City Hotel is in a great location, is comfortable, and has a great staff. The rooms are well equipped and we liked the layout. There is a large area for the sink and the table was out of the way, but also quite usable. We used the hot tub daily and the team knew our dog by name. I messed up ordering a pizza and the desk person made sure it was delivered to our room. And the breakfast… the red velvet waffle + fresh strawberries started our mornings out right. We’ll be back!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and they had free hot soup and water bottles as soon as you get your room. 10/10

I try to leave reviews at places I would stay again, and I would stay here again should I find myself in Miles City in the future. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and in really good shape and well maintained. The breakfast is quite decent - we had sausages, an egg bake, then the classic waffles/cereal/yogurt/bread options. The room wasn't anything fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The host and other workers were pleasant, and whoever took my call was very helpful and informative. Great place - would recommend!
