I have been bringing my car 2011 BMW 335i to Chris for the past 4 years. He is very knowledgeable regarding BMWs he has performed several repairs and maintenance on my car and all have been excellent, perfect , precise... All ways Charging me fair prices great person excellent customer service. I recommend him and I am not a family or relative of his. I recently moved to Cape cod and travel 2h to leominster to do repairs with him becouse of price and trust
Avoid at all costs. They do not do inspections despite advertising it. I walked in and was rudely greeted and told we don’t do inspections and to maybe come back another day. Not the way to do business. Avoid.
The only good reviews are family members. Workers refuse to attend customers whose vehicles are in need. The mechanics specifically Chris is rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service. He acts as if he isn’t getting paid for his hours and is doing favors for the world doing the bare minimum. He has no respect for the business and needs to be disciplined.
