Have always had good experiences here with the workers. had my car in twice now for issues and they’ve fixed it, explained the issues well for me to understand, and sent me on my way. 100% recommend. I also like that they call you to tell you the issue with the car when they find out instead of having you worry all day! They also get you in quick.
I can't say enough good things about Miles Automotive. We brought our car in after having a sudden issue just down the road from them while visiting from out of town. They took a look and gave us honest advice. It's rare to find a business that treats you with that kind of honesty and kindness. We're so grateful for the help, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. If we ever need vehicle help again in Parksville we would 10/10 return here.
