These guys quoted $2,600 for my brakes. I smelled a fish and went to Canadian Tire, who charged $477 for inspection, front rotors and pads, and front caliper servicing. Canadian Tire said the back brakes were fine (4mm on the pads). My brakes are now working great. Always get a second price.
As always, Miles D goes above and beyond in their customer service! I had an urgent issue with my car, called at 8 am, was in by 9 am and car was ready at 10 am. I sure appreciate you Miles D!
A protective guard under my engine was hanging by a thread today during my travels through Parksville. Not only were they kind enough to fix it on the spot (and it wasn’t a real quick fix), but they did it ‘on the house’. Kind, courteous staff that really care about their customers. Wish I lived here so I could use them always.
Took our 2013 Volvo XC70 in because of a low battery message. Wanted to know if it was an alternator problem as the battery was new. Turns out it was a loose positive battery terminal connection and nothing else. The best part? They didn’t charge us anything for the service provided! This is the second time we had the vehicle in for service to Miles Automotive and service has been excellent on both occasions. Highly recommend!
