Was on family holiday. Car started having brake issues. Called they were able to get us in right away. They found what was wrong got gave a very reasonable quote and got us back on the road. Even though they seems pretty busy they helped us in a pinch.
These guys quoted $2,600 for my brakes. I smelled a fish and went to Canadian Tire, who charged $477 for inspection, front rotors and pads, and front caliper servicing. Canadian Tire said the back brakes were fine (4mm on the pads). My brakes are now working great. Always get a second price.
As always, Miles D goes above and beyond in their customer service! I had an urgent issue with my car, called at 8 am, was in by 9 am and car was ready at 10 am. I sure appreciate you Miles D!
A protective guard under my engine was hanging by a thread today during my travels through Parksville. Not only were they kind enough to fix it on the spot (and it wasn’t a real quick fix), but they did it ‘on the house’. Kind, courteous staff that really care about their customers. Wish I lived here so I could use them always.
