A protective guard under my engine was hanging by a thread today during my travels through Parksville. Not only were they kind enough to fix it on the spot (and it wasn’t a real quick fix), but they did it ‘on the house’. Kind, courteous staff that really care about their customers. Wish I lived here so I could use them always.
Took our 2013 Volvo XC70 in because of a low battery message. Wanted to know if it was an alternator problem as the battery was new. Turns out it was a loose positive battery terminal connection and nothing else. The best part? They didn’t charge us anything for the service provided! This is the second time we had the vehicle in for service to Miles Automotive and service has been excellent on both occasions. Highly recommend!
I recently too my truck to the team at Miles and I have nothing but great things to say about this family owned and operated shop! they fit me in fast and really know their stuff! I would take any vehicle back to them in a heartbeat! From what I understand all of the bad reviews on this shop were made under previous ownership
