Arrived on time, good customer service and answered all questions very well.
Daniel called before arriving and fixed the hot water systems as requested. There was some confusion caused by miscommunication from the Emerald warranty team but this was resolved efficiently.
Our hot water system stopped working unexpectedly, leaving us without hot showers. I called Daniel and he arrived right , fixed the issue , helped me setting up the App.
