The passenger side bumper of my car was damaged after being hit by another vehicle. The MileOne team did a great job of quickly assessing my car and providing an updated estimate to my insurance carrier. Additionally, my car was ready in a timely manner after the parts arrived which helped me tremendously as I was trying to beat a deadline and was able to do so thanks to the team at MileOne. My car looks great.
I was thrilled to receive a call that my vehicle work was complete after 1 day. Although I was told that the car needed to stay in their possession for 7 days. I call this top notch service, not to mention the car looks brand new!
The repairs to my vehicle were covered by an insurance claim which the team at the mileone reconditioning center handled in a professional manner. The nature of the repairs required coordinating with the Herb Gordon Subaru service department. They did a great job - mostly. My husband noticed that the hood wasn't put back on perfectly. There's a slight gap on the left side (driver's side) compared to the right side (passenger's side). Overall, they did a great job replacing the busted front driver's corner area.
