Put a deposit down for a truck I HAD to have for 4-25 2-1-2 weeks before I needed it per their “rules”, only to find out the day I needed it they didn’t have it. And wanted me to wait another week for one . When I had to move THAT DAY. And didn’t want to refund my deposit for their screw up! Take caution with these jerks.

So I have had a horrible experience with the woman at the front desk with bad customer service but the owner is such a good person. It’s a quick place to grab a uhaul truck and they ensure paperwork is done correctly and check on equipment to ensure you get what you need and return what you should so there’s no hours on the phone afterwards with some 1-800 number making corrections for unnecessary charges.

My best friend had everything she owned in the storage unit for approximately seven months. When she went to retrieve her stuff out of here, it was full of rat urine and feces. EVERYTHING she has was ruined! Her and her kids have to start over with absolutely nothing! Looking at the reviews, these people know this has been going on with this facility. They should be ashamed of themselves!
