Terrible customer service, avoid this place if you can. I only called to buy some products and they were so mean and they threw the phone at me. The owner gave me a very bad attitude because I asked the price and size of 2 products. I can't imagine what it will be like to do business with someone who hates selling and providing customer service. Milena provided flowers & the arch for our wedding! I can’t rave enough about Milena. She was really on her A game, even when I wasn’t! I remember needing to book vendors, which included florist, yet I had zero idea what I wanted (which for me is really weird, since I’m very decisive). Milena booked us, and I slowly started realizing what I wanted. The man that works there is very rude to his customers. He acts like he is doing them a favor. His plants are over priced and he charges 4% on credit card transactions which is higher than industry standard. His pots are lined with chemicals that will kill the expensive plants you buy from him. There are many other nurseries around. Do not go there.
