I am visiting my boyfriend from Kansas. I have a hair person there but I really needed my roots touched up. The prices were so fair. I felt cared for. Listened to and I think they went above and beyond to make sure I had my needs met. There was a language thing. They spoke Russian but it was NO PROBLEM AT ALL. She was able to translate with the stylist and communicate. 10/10 experience
