Worst lawyer ever. Instead of helping me, she helped herself to my life's savings, and I lost my child!
Absolutely the worst mistake we ever made. I agree with previous reviews. The most unorganized person I've ever met. She kept a court filing from us when the other lawyer filed it on June 6, 2015. We did all the leg work. We asked her to get records of the ex wife 3 dui. She couldn't even comprehend to do that. We are at a lost with a lot of $$$$ that we pd her to help us. Unorganized is only the beginning . I wouldn't recommend her to Handel anything. Hired her to Handel my case now I will pay for the rest of my life for it. Think all the bad reviews aren't so very true go ahead and end up like me. Wishing you had hired anyone but her.
We hired her to modify child support and to emancipate a child. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We felt she understood our feelings and directed us in according of the law. In the end we did get what we were looking for. I would highly recommend her!
Mrs. Milek is awful and would not recommend her to anyone. After being told it was only going to be $200 an hour she jacked up the price to $400 without blinking and the price for child custody was $3700 and jacked that up to $5500 after she found out what we did for a living and saw a quick buck!!! Now we have an incredible lawyer who won't screw us over and is well known in Mississippi. She is handling 4 cases all together for us. Your loss Milek!!!!!!
